Born March 20, 1964 in Washington, D.C., Sharon was a spirited, generous, and humorous mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend who passed away Thursday, August 2, 2018, after a heroic battle with cancer.
She is survived by her husband, Dave Hagar; two children, Brian and Tommy Katula; her father Thomas J. Egan; and her loving siblings, Tom, Mike, Bill, Jim, and Kate, along with 13 nieces and nephews.
Sharon was a proud graduate of Georgetown Visitation Preparatory School, Dickinson College, and George Washington University Law School, where she became a partner at the family firm, Stohlman, Beuchert, Egan & Katula.
